Cornetto

Cornetto is a Colombian electronic music producer and DJ. He is one of the pioneers of “Guaracha House” a fusion of EDM and Latin sounds. He first gained Latin recognition in early 2020 by publishing “guaracha” remixes online during the pandemic lockdowns. In late 2020, he became the first Guaracha DJ signed by Vibras Lab and Universal Music. By the end of the year Cornetto released 2 albums: “Cornettazos Vol. 1” with 9 official remixes for highly renown artists such as JBalvin, Sebastian Yatra, Cazzu and more; and “14 Cornettazos Bailables”, which included a vast selection of remixed traditional fiesta songs. Beyond his own commercial success, Cornetto has been supported by large Latin artists such as Nicky Jam, JBalvin, Llane, Piso 21, Tainy and more. Since the early stages of his career, Cornetto has played some of the largest Latin festivals, including EDC Mexico, Tecate Pa’l Norte and JBalvin’s Neon Festival. In 2022, Cornetto’s fast paced growth caught the attention of talent incubator, NEON16, which has since signed Cornetto. In 2023, Cornetto and NEON16 worked alongside to launch a rebranding of Cornetto, pioneering a new genre dubbed ‘Guaracha House’. Cornetto is excited to share his new music throughout 2023.
