FERNANDA ARCAY

General Manager

Fernanda Arcay, at 25 years old, has played a pivotal role in the success of NEON16, a leading music management, publishing, and label company. Over the past 3.5 years, she has risen from her previous position as “Head of Marketing” to take on the prestigious role of General Manager, as of January 2023.

Throughout her tenure, Fernanda has been at the forefront of numerous groundbreaking releases and events, solidifying NEON16’s reputation as an industry powerhouse. Notably, she recently led the development and execution of marketing and digital campaigns for Netflix’s first Latin musical competition series, “LA FIRMA,” as well as Disney+’s doc-reality series “Los Montaner.”

Her achievements have not gone unnoticed, as Fernanda earned a spot on Variety’s esteemed “Miami Impact List” in 2022, along with being recognized as a “Hitmaker” by Hits Daily Double. Her expertise spans across artist development campaigns, music releases, events, and brand partnerships. Among the highlights of her portfolio is leading NEON16’s highly acclaimed second campaign with the NFL for the 2022 season and orchestrating key events like the 2021 NEON Cup: A Celebrity Soccer Match, NBA2K E-Gaming Tournament, El Juego All-Star: Puerto Rico Edition, and the NEON16 Tetris Celebrity Tournament. Some of the notable brands she has collaborated with include NFL, Bacardi, Puma, XBOX, Adidas, Twitch, Buchanan’s, Amazon Music Latin, and SharkNinja Corp.

Fernanda’s significant contributions to various music release campaigns have been instrumental in the success of global hits like “LO SIENTO BB :/” by Tainy featuring Bad Bunny, “Agua” from the Spongebob Movie featuring J Balvin, and “One Day” featuring Dua Lipa, Bad Bunny, and J Balvin. These accomplishments have been paramount in positioning NEON16 as the #1 most innovative music company, as recognized by Fast Company.

Arcay continues to develop the execution and expansion of events division and is an exemplary executive representing females in the industry.

Continuing to excel in her role, Fernanda recently achieved new milestones with her promotion to General Manager in January 2023. Under her leadership, she spearheaded a highly successful launch of Tainy’s debut album titled “DATA,” which has already amassed over 1.2 billion streams and debuted on Billboard’s Top 10 Latin Album charts.

With a background in Public Relations, Fernanda spent three years at PR Agency Beats Communications, where she led publicity campaigns for renowned Latin stars like Mau & Ricky, Ivy Queen, Jhay Cortez, and others. She holds a degree in Mass Communications with a minor in French from the University of South Florida in Tampa.
