Responsible for leading the songwriter/producer management and publishing division at NEON16. The roster includes hitmaking producers Tainy, The Rudeboyz, Albert Hype, Manuel Lara, Jota Rosa, MVSIS , Frank Rio and Daramola and songwriters Gaby Morales , Kaylee and Rozo. Collectively, NEON16 songwriters and producers are responsible for hits from Bad Bunny’s Un Verano Sin Ti and Selena Gomez’s Grammy-nominated Revelación, as well as Kali Uchis’ smash “Telepatía.”
Victoria led the efforts to land clients Tainy, Albert Hype, and Manuel Lara in Billboards 2021 Top 10 Latin Producers of the year. Then in 2022 Tainy and Albert Hype once again landed in Billboard’s 2022 Top 10 Latin Producers of the year.
Victoria has led clients The Rudeboyz release their first collaboration as producer artists with Maluma and Adam Levine. As well, was a crucial player in Albert Hype becoming a close collaborator of Shakira and leading to the hit records “Te Felicito” ft Rauw Alejandro and “Monotonia” ft Ozuna.
As well, Victoria helped his client Manuel Lara win 2 Latin Grammy’s for his work as producer of “Tacones Rojos” by Sebastian Yatra.
